This is actually a painting of a photo I took of my sister’s pet beta fish.
As children we always had at least one beta fish most of the time. They were, after all, only $5 at the pet store and we always had spare tanks at home.
I bet you can hear it now, “Mama Mama, can I have a new Befa fish!” Fun childhood memories. So now my sister has carried on the fun and still has a beta fish to this day.
